Proposed deletion of Su iyesi

edit

Hello, Buzancar. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Su iyesi, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Barney the barney barney (talk) 11:14, 10 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Page moves?

edit

Hey, Buzancar, I noticed that you had moved the page Sülde Tngri to a new title. Just wanted to let you know that I've reverted the move. While "Sulda Tengri" may be how to pronounce the name in English, that's not how Wikipedia articles are named; Wikipedia articles are named using the name most commonly used in reliable sources. "Sülde Tngri" is what the subject has been called in all the sources, while "Sulda Tengri" hasn't been used in any. I see there are a bunch of other page moves that you've done on the same basis; perhaps you should rethink them? Regardless, though, thanks for working on the articles! This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Korbolko, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://slavic.tumblr.com/post/3618895594/firebird-russian-zhar-ptitsa-is-a.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. Hello, Buzancar, and thank you for your contributions!

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Ala (demon), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Turks (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of Al Ana

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Al Ana requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Staffwaterboy Critique Me 06:23, 23 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Metehan Akbulut moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Metehan Akbulut, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs to be copyedited and needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 17:50, 25 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Deletion discussion about The Last Viking (film)

edit

Hello, Buzancar, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username LunaEatsTuna, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, The Last Viking (film), should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Last Viking (film).

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|LunaEatsTuna}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Ways to improve Crimson Climax

edit

Hello, Buzancar,

Thank you for creating Crimson Climax.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Thanks for the article! However, other than the Anime Encyclopedia, the other refs are routine databases or synopsis summaries. A WP:BEFORE search reveals DVD announcements and press releases, but notability might not be met (see WP:GNG, WP:NFILM), so I've tagged a film notability tag.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|VickKiang}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.
