Speedy deletion nomination of Ginger Rose
editHello C.N. Ryan,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ginger Rose for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Trivialist (talk) 22:22, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 22:43, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Article recreation
editI have already advised you that the Ginger Rose violated several Wikipedia policies and cannot be recreated as is. Wikipedia is not a platform for promoting yourself, family members or clients and continued disruption through the repeated recreation of the article may lead to a block of your account or the article being protected against recreation. Please read the conflict of interest guidelines you blanked from your page and do not restore the inappropriate content to article space.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 23:16, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Wording
editI am unsure what guidelines you are referring to, but if you might be more specific. For the wording in which you seem to have a problem with was written through suggestion of the article submission page which encourages that articles be written with language that entices interest. In addition, sources included published books, scholarly journals, and other reliable sources were included, along with links to the actual works themselves on a variety of sites, yes, including linkedin...where the links are linked to other reliable links, which you could have seen had you actually read the article rather than skimmed for possible advertising, which it was not. But rather than edit or share a fix, you went and deleted hours of work. That is highly disrespectful. Therefore, again, I am asking that you give me an opportunity to adjust my article to your supposed liking. Even though, my article was more than adequate. Perhaps you need to be better monitored, as it appears you feel you have the right to dismiss others hard work.
Your recent edits
editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:42, 24 March 2016 (UTC)
