Copyright problems with Image:Skmtablica.jpg

An image that you uploaded, Image:Skmtablica.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Copyright problems because it is a suspected copyright violation. Please look there if you know that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), and then provide the necessary information there and on its page, if you are interested in it not being deleted. Question about the 'PKP locomotives' template

Thanks for adding the 14WE thingie to the template. I have a tangentially related question, and don't know where to begin, so I've decided to start here :-).
The template title and text inside is no longer accurate. PKP is no longer a monopolist, so PKP and Polish railways are no longer synonymous. Therefore the template has to be changed, to read perhaps 'Polish railways locomotives' or something similar.
Now it's not beyond my editorial skills to change the title, but I don't want to upset somebody, and/or break something, in the process. May be there is a forum where such a change should be discussed first. If so, please point me in the right direction.
