Hi CD0060576, you can easily contact another user through their talk page like this. However, in order to share photos and content among Wikipedians, or to feature them in Wikipedia articles, you have to first upload them to Wikipedia/Wikimedia servers. When doing so, you must be able to provide proper licensing for items being considered. Wikipedia has a rigorous image use policy as it takes copyright violations very seriously. Once uploaded, you can feature them on Wikipedia articles, talk pages, sandboxes etc (depends on the copyright status). So, basically, you can go to the talk page(s) of user(s) you want to share content with, and insert the image(s) as shown in this tutorial. If you don't want to go through all this hassle, you could simply upload the images elsewhere (like Flickr, Imgur) and provide a link to the user(s) in question. Wikimedia foundation has no control over what you do outside Wikimedia projects; therefore, Wikipedia's copyright policies aren't applicable on sites aforementioned, but they might have their own set of rules. Today, in the draft itself, you wrote "I would like to enquire how things are progressing hoping there’ll be some good news as it's been a very long time for this article to be published."

Things aren't progressing at all. No improvement has been made to the draft since April. No-one has attempted to answer the question near the top of the draft "What is the actual title and subject of this draft?". No-one has provided any evidence that the subject of the draft is notable. Help me!

Please help me with...trying to make my article notable, ideally I would like for someone to take ownership as I find the method / process extremely complicated. I am not a Wikipedia writer (never will be) just an ordinary guy with very little Wiki skills to publish. I have encountered many problems.

I would be grateful if you didn't recommend the FAQ pages, but someone I could talk to please. See my latest comments with "maproom"

What we'd need are reliable published sources such as newspapers or reputable magazines that discss these barracks (or the Junior Bandsmen, if that's what you want to have an article about) in some detail. I don't see any such sources cited in your draft, and without them there's not much others can do to help. Huon (talk) 00:55, 10 January 2017 (UTC)

Hello Houn, thank you for your comments, much appreciated. Much of my article is based on a article published by the Isle of Man Daily Times dated Monday, September 11th 1961.This newspaper doesn't exist anymore. The Manx National Heritage (www.manxnationalheritage.im) who holds the Isle of Man Daily Times archive newspapers. I can provide copies of this article photographs a contact name and address, also, an email authorisation / permission to publish. Is this not a reliable source and reputable newspaper ?

I would like to ask if my article and account been deleted or archived to another location : titled Junior Bandsmen Fulwood Barracks 1961-1963. I now suggest it should be known as the Lancastrian Brigade Junior Bandsmen 1961-1963. I ask because it's missing when I sign in. Should I consider an other account to resubmit this article ?

The draft is at Draft:Junior Bandsman Wing Fulwood Barracks 1961-63. An article published in the Isle of Man Daily Times indeed helps, but one good reference usually is not considered enough for a Wikipedia article. The Lancastrian Brigade is notable, but notability is not inherited - organizations associated with the Lancastrian Brigade aren't necessarily notable just because the Brigade is. I also wonder why you focus on the years 1961-1963 - did the Junior Bandsmen only exist for those years? Even if it did, why should that be part of the page title - are there other Lancastrian Brigade Junior Bandsmen that the 1961-1963 incarnation needs to be disambiguated from? Thank you very much for the above. I am very pleased to here the article Junior Bandsman Wing Fulwood Barracks 1961-63 is alive and well. The dates 1961-1963 are the dates the Junior Bandsman Wing existed when stationed in Fulwood Barracks, Preston, Lancashire and to the best of my knowledge does not resides / exists anywhere else and was disbanded. The Lancastrian Brigade comprised of four regiments between 1961-1963. This article fits well (I suggest)on the Wikipedia Fulwood Barracks pages at... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulwood_Barracks pages also the Lancashire infantry museum resides is also referenced... http://www.lancashireinfantrymuseum.org.uk/fulwoodbarracks/I should point out the Junior Bandsmen Wing is an organisation (see the photo) belonging to the Lancastrian Brigade.
