Hi CLCStudent - can I ask you about some reverts you made last year at Los Alcázares - specifically, this one, and the series of proceeding ones? You gave the IP editor a series of vandalism warnings, but I'm not seeing it - the assertions were unsourced, but they don't look like vandalism. An editor left a note on my talk page last night asking me to look into it, and providing some links to sources which look reliable, and which seem to indicate that the assertions (while perhaps not ideally worded) were accurate - is there something to this that I'm missing, something that made you think it was vandalism? I'm not looking to make a big deal about this, I just want to understand what was going on, before perhaps reinstating the content in some form. Thanks GirthSummit (blether) 08:07, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
- Well, at the time, I had a habit of labeling everything as vandalism. Now, I am improving at using alternate warnings such as unsourced and BLP. CLCStudent (talk) 15:03, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
- CLCStudent, OK, fair enough - I just wondered if you had some prior knowledge of the IP or if there was some background I wasn't aware of. I'd say that wasn't vandalism - at most a good faith revert with edit summary, and an 'unsourced' warning - good that you've recognised that you were maybe being a bit hasty then.
