Please note there is already an article Campus recruitment which would be the primary article within which this contribution focussing on a specific issue might be better placed. |
| Review of article information (accuracy, I/O Psych) | Campus recruitment is potentially a very broad subject and the edit only covers one small aspect of this topic. As it draws only from a single textbook it provides only one side of a debate about the efficacy and pros and cons of such recruitment. The content only relates to negative behaviours and outcomes. There will be many many professionals in the campus recruitment field who are well trained and display high levels of competence and this needs to be reflected to ensure a neutral point of view. See WP:NPOV for guidance. Campus recruitment occurs elsewhere than North America and this needs to be acknowledged insofar as the perceived benefits and drawbacks and so on will vary across the globe due to different traditions, cultures, disciplines and employer strategies etc. |
