Speedy deletion nomination of Agency Management System

Draft:Agency Matrix

Greetings. I am here to clarify your posts on my talkpage. There are two ways of publishing articles on Wikipedia. The first way is what you have performed, AfC submission. This process is much stricter and stringent. There will be reviews and advice before it is published. It is targeted for amateur users. While another way is not as strict as AfC but if your article has some faults in it, it may be deleted straightaway.
