Hi, I'm Limorina

edit

I noticed you like adding pictures to articles. I also saw that you added a "poster" to Diriliş: Ertuğrul. I didn't think that the picture should fit there but you can add it in the "Reception" section. You may want to add a poster for the season on articles like Diriliş: Ertuğrul (season 1) and Kuruluş: Osman (season 1). Thank you. Limorina (talk) 10:07, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:DirilişErtugrul.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:DirilişErtugrul.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 00:22, 14 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sunni Islam, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Omer. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:33, 14 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Favouring a denomiation

edit

Hello, I see you are trying to change to change Twelver Shia Imams to stating that they are all Sunni Scholars with a single reference assuming that you are from the denomination. You are trying to change the pages neutral viewpoint to a Sunni-favoured viewpoint and if you keep reverting you may be blocked by trying to engage in a edit war. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Butene (talkcontribs) 23:50, 14 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Butene: Personal blackmailing now? You may be block if you will be still engaged in an edit war, You keep reverting to sourced edits, you should first discuss these views in the talk pages of the articles. CalligrapherAR (talk) 23:57, 14 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@CalligrapherAR: Clearly you don't know what blackmailing is and that is understandable considering English doesn't seem to be your first language from your responses, since you insist I will discuss these views in the talk pages. Butene 00:01, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Butene: Your breakdown clearly shows that you are new to Wikipedia! CalligrapherAR (talk) 00:06, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@CalligrapherAR: And it clearly seems you also don't know what a breakdown is either, if all it takes for to do is cite one blog to have a reference then you must be experienced. Butene 00:19, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Butene: enough Butene! CalligrapherAR (talk) 00:22, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Medium is not a reliable source

edit

See WP:RSPS. Please revert your edits that rely on a citation to medium.com, which is not a reliable source. I have reverted the edit to Muhammad al-Jawad. Schazjmd (talk) 00:30, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Schazjmd: fine I'll do it! CalligrapherAR (talk) 00:37, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, appreciate it. Schazjmd (talk) 00:38, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Done! CalligrapherAR (talk) 00:48, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
All you did was change it unnecessarily to a grammaitcally incorrect sentence, changes have been done(fixed) by me. Butene 00:54, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Butene: Oh! Really?? CalligrapherAR (talk) 00:57, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Yes, please do not change articles from a neutral POV with a single unreliable citation. Butene (talk) 01:01, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

The important thing is that the unreliable source and its associated content is removed from the articles. Thank you, Butene, for taking care of that.

If you two are going to be working on similar articles, you'll need to communicate with each other. Please do not edit war, even if you believe you are correct, but rather discuss the issues on the article talk pages in a civil manner. Good luck! Schazjmd (talk) 01:09, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

I also told him to take his point of view to the talk page, but he continued to wreak havoc. CalligrapherAR (talk) 01:15, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Well, it doesn't look like either one of you used the article talk pages. Feuding via edit summaries is pointless. As soon as there's a disagreement on an edit (or even before if your edit might be contentious), start a discussion on the talk page. This isn't a video game that you're trying to win; it's an encyclopedia. Work together. (And to be blunt and honest, if one editor attempts to discuss and the other doesn't engage, the one who is at least trying will come out of it better than the other if it comes to the attention of administrators.) Schazjmd (talk) 01:21, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Schazjmd: Sorry to have to disturb you once again about this but it seems that this user has now continued to edit multiple articles without references or using references which I see as unreliable although I might be wrong about this but me, Alivardi and Cplakidas are still having to make reverts of all the articles he is altering. This was a reference that he has used https://www.newageislam.com/islamic-personalities/zafarul-islam-khan-tr-new-age-islam/imam-ja-far-sadiq-imam-of-both-shia-and-sunni-groups/d/112146 which is unreliable and had no relevance to his edits. Please look at his contributions to see what kind of unnecessary changes that he is making, I really don't want an edit war to break out. Butene (talk) 20:43, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Butene, Cplakidas is a highly experienced editor who seems to be much more familiar with this subject area than I am, so I'm confident he will take whatever actions are necessary. Schazjmd (talk) 21:00, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
I'll consult him about it then, thank you. Butene (talk) 21:01, 15 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Sunni Muslim scholars in Shia Islam

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Sunni Muslim scholars in Shia Islam requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of Blue World City

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Blue World City, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
