Feedback
edit@CamME355, LeilaAsfari, and Raaroniii: Really nice work on your draft article. One thing that could be improved in the opening sentence of the article. While it currently starts out as
A staple of the plastics industry, injection molding has been crucial to generation of complex material geometries for decades. With the rise of more advanced parts and machine interactions, multi material injection molding (MMM) has risen as the process of molding two or more different materials into one plastic part at one time.
the norm for Wikipedia articles is to start out by saying what the topic is. In other words, say something like
Multi material injection molding is ...
before going on explain why it's important.
Most people who look at a Wikipedia article don't read very far into it. They want to find out, quickly, what this term means. Quick and to the point. People who are more interested (or whose attention you caught with the first few words) keep reading. If they don't get what they want right away, their odds of reading on goes down. In addition, when other Wikipedians see an article, they expect it to a look a certain way. If it doesn't have the look of an article, they may tag it for its unencyclopaedic style. And tags, even when undeserved, hurt the credibility of an article.
It would be really helpful if you could make these minor tweaks. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 22:46, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
