My name's Raymie, and I write broadcasting articles, particularly about defunct radio stations. When I went looking for existing drafts about radio that might be upgradeable and ready for prime time, I came across your WNSD draft. Luckily, I had the tools and sources to make the article more reliable, and you can now find it as a normal article at WNSD!
I'm going to be nominating the page for Wikipedia:Did you know, which means that once it's approved, a fact about WNSD will appear on the main page on the encyclopedia at some point in the future! I've been part of more than 200 DYK articles on the Main Page, including dozens about radio and TV stations in the past year. (This month, you have a 50/50 chance or so of finding one on the Main Page right now!)
A couple things I wanted to point out:
- Yes, WNSD, no -FM. Not every FM station has an -FM suffix, and this one didn't (trade publications like Broadcasting list it as "WNSD(FM)" which means no suffix). Thus, while the draft was WNSD-FM, the correct location for this page is WNSD. The call letters are in maritime use today.
- WNSD lasted a little longer than you gave it credit: my research turned up additional Enquirer articles that say it was closed on February 10, 1978.

On 19 January 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article WNSD, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Cincinnati high-school radio station WNSD was permanently shut down in part because its faculty advisor went on maternity leave?
