In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to you, your organization or its competitors; and
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

Request reason:
Can I ask what the best course of action would be to have the current unsolicited picture of Carina Round removed from the site and replaced with a licensed, sanctioned one? This is not in any way for promotional purposes. CarinaRound (talk) 14:33, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Taht is not a request for unblock. JamesBWatson (talk) 15:02, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

- What kind of license would the proposed picture have? For legal reasons we cannot accept any content that is not licensed under CC-BY-SA or compatible policies, so if there is any copyright on the image it cannot be used by default. If the proposed image would be licensed under a compatible license it would be possible to discuss it as a replacement for the current image, provided that it does not violate any other policies or laws. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 14:43, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
- Also, what do you mean by "licensed, sanctioned"? Wikipedia does not exist as a medium for subjects of articles or their agents to publish their preferred versions of content, and you would have no more right to determine what goes in the article than, for example, the editor who uploaded the existing picture.
