- Hi DRM. I'm afraid I'm still learning Wikipedia. I'm off to an important business appointment today but either tonight or tomorrow morning, I'll take out the links to Tom Richards Author's page and otherwise edit to comply with Wikipedia. So many thanks for letting me know something else about the Rules. All my best - DRM a question. Tom is an Author of books and screenplays. Am I allowed to name those or otherwise reference them? Your user page is not article space, but a place for the named user to tell about themselves as a Wikipedia editor or user. New accounts cannot directly create articles and must use the article wizard to create and submit drafts for review. Wikipedia does not host essays or how-to guides, which are considered original research. Wikipedia articles summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the topic, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability. You may wish to use the new user tutorial to learn more about Wikipedia.
