Michael Savage

edit

Hi,

I reverted your edit given you cited RS as the reason (NPOV is still debatable). There's actually an active discussion on the reliable sources noticeboard: Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard#Michael_Savage_.28commentator.29_.26_Huffington_Post_article

Please feel free to contribute, but let me first add there's a difference between a "self-published" blog, and blog as part of an established journalistic website. WP:RS frowns on "self-published" sources including blogs, but there are many other blogs, including published by the NY Times, Newsweek, Time Magazine, and yes, the left-wing Huffington Post.

So I'd ask you to let the Reliable Sources Noticeboard do its work before we eliminate the content on the basis that it's no WP:RS. Thanks. Mattnad (talk) 17:40, 24 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Great Global Warming Swindle

edit

Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, The Great Global Warming Swindle, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Wikipedia:General sanctions/Climate change probation. Also note that the terms of some article probations extend to related articles and their associated talk pages.

The above is a templated message. Please accept it as a routine friendly notice, not as a claim that there is any problem with your edits. Thank you. -- TS 19:34, 8 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not use talk pages such as Talk:Climate change denial for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. Trusilver 22:16, 8 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
