Hello, CatherineGCC, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Your sentence on environmental health

edit

You seem to have added the same sentence about environmental health to several articles. I have removed it at some because I don't see it as a logical improvement to those. Seems like an arbitrary sentence appearing out of nowhere. Can you please have a rethink about it and remove it from some of the articles where you have added it? EMsmile (talk) 11:49, 10 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your comments. I'll take another look at some additions I've made to other articles and go from there. CatherineGCC (talk) 15:39, 10 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

edit

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Requesting your attention @ a discussion

edit

Hi, I happen to come across a 3rd opinion request by (student) editor @ WP:3O regarding ongoing discussion @ Talk:Poverty industrial complex#Recent reverted edits, which in part, seems, relates to article scope and WP:DUE.

Since you seem to have contributed to the Industrial complex related articles, you may want to review disputed changes and share your inputs as and when time permits you. Bookku (talk) 05:31, 9 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
