possibly adding EL

- Rod, okay fine. I did in fact read the 'rules' regarding EL's - that's why I used the talk page and declared an interest. I think you have a difficult task determining 'merit' and 'promotion' nevertheless the criteria applied in this case are not clear to me. I am not seeking to pursue this case further but I would like to know why VisitBristol and BBC Bristol are included (some implicit convention is being used ?) and hence would find it difficult to suggest any other EL !
