In my view, the entry for Cotton and the references to Adolf Meyer contain some perjorative commentary that is not appropriate for a Wikipedia entry and contrary to Wikipedia Policy governing a neutral point of view. I recommend that these comments be removed.

Occupational science

Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure I agree with the attribution of Elizabeth Yerxa as a the founder of OS. In 1981, Lela Lllorens wrote an article in OTJR suggesting that there should be a science of occupation, and she proposed that it be called occupationology. There was also commentary during that time by several authors, Christiansen, Kielhofner, Yerxa, West, Polatajko (in Canada) and others arguing for the importance of studying occupation to help understand its role in engendering well-being, health, adaptation, etc. Perhaps it is better to say that the discipline evolved from dialogue among several scholars in OT, who recognized the need for such study and also acknowledged that it would be informed by many existing disciplines.   Hello, I'm AbigailAbernathy. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Martin Shkreli without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, A Wild Abigail Appears! Capture me. Moves. 02:14, 1 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
