This article (Joseph Bearwalker Wilson) is for the man who taught me to be proud of who I am. My father Joseph Bearwalker Wilson. This is not a memorial it is history. I will be editing and adding for a while. ==Joseph Bearwalker Wilson==--Chad Joseph Wilson (talk) 21:20, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

This article contains links to verify its content Joseph Bearwalker Wilson is directly connected to roy bowers [1] and others, and to the modern spiritual movement if you delete it much information about our societies changes will not be shared. Why not record history? --Chad Joseph Wilson (talk) 21:20, 9 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for helping create these articles

edit

Thanks for your efforts to create these articles. I've made a suggestion at Talk:Roy Bowers and also left a note at Talk:Joseph Bearwalker Wilson supporting the article and arguing that it not be deleted. I don't have a lot of time to write more right now, but I'd be happy to give a hand where I can, and really I just wanted to express my support for what you're doing. Best wishes, Fuzzypeg 00:10, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

All Support Appreciated

edit

Thanks for the support I will be trying to update and record on the movements I know about as for Joes writings many are available at The TOTEG website [2] his book "So You Wanna Be A Shaman, Huh" was accepted by a "publisher" but was finished only shortly before his death and I don't believe made it to the press. Not to be confused with "so you want to be a shaman" I do not recall this author by name. I would recomend "Practicing Natural Magic and Nature Religeon in Everyday Life" as it relates to his later views.

A Friend of Joe Wilson's

edit

Hi Chad, I was a friend of Joe' going back to the seventies. I attended his wedding to Mara and was a member of his "1734," "The Church of Tara" and later incarnations of his orders as well. I remember saying good-by to him when he left Southern California. I also attended his wake in Southern California shortly after he died. Though he had demons, at least he fought them instead of giving in to them as some do.

I have some original things he wrote. I will try to dig them up later. In the mean time, is there a way to contact you via email?

Thanks,

If you look on the left hand side of the page, there is a section that says: "E-mail this user." 7&6=thirteen () 18:01, 9 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Chad, it's Tara; Joes second to youngest child. Thank you for making this page for Dad. I either have access to or own outright quite a few photographs which may be of interest to you, as well as some personal correspondence. I would be happy to share and would like to connect with you. Also, I beleive that TOTEG (Temple of the Elder Gods)came before Metista, or Dad started working on Metista, put it on hold, and worked on TOTEG. Can this be verified? Please get in contact with me if at all possible, and I hope your holidays are wonderful. Tara Elizabeth Wilson (talk) 19:08, 22 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
