Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://lutongcavite.blogspot.com/2012/02/manuel-s-rojas.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Thanks for reminding me. I'll improve my article. Charles Boris Manez (talk) 12:45, 15 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Slightly rephrasing some of the content is not enough. You need to write the article entirely in your own words or I will continue to delete it. Copyright infringement is a serious business, do not do it again--Jac16888 Talk 11:54, 19 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Sta. Catalina Church

edit

Hi, I'm Kiwuser. Charles Boris Manez, thanks for creating Sta. Catalina Church!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please consider finding links to this page, it is not very useful on Wikipedia otherwise. I also question this page's notability, please find some secondary sources to highlight the importance of this page.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. - Kiwuser (talk) 08:52, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thank you - Kiwuser. I'll add the tag/s immediately. Charles Boris Manez (talk) 17:25, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Machuca Tile Inc., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page San Sebastian Church. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Articles on Philippine built heritage

edit

Hi Charles! Thank you for your recent contributions of articles on historic buildings and structures in the Philippines. Just a few reminders when creating articles: make sure you write them in your own words so that they are not entirely copy pasted from your sources as any copyright violation will be removed. Also, please learn to write in an encyclopedic manner, for instance, always begin your article with a description of the subject, and not straight to when it was built or which vicariate it belongs to. Do not forget to add the location of the building or structure. And, please make sure you add enough links to other wikiarticles. Thanks!--RioHondo (talk) 02:33, 28 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

I'll take note of that. Thanks! --Charles Boris Manez (talk) 04:33, 4 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Pangasinan churches

edit

Since you are doing articles on Pangasinan churches, you might be interested to overhaul the articles on Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist and Santuario de San Juan Evangelista. I copyedited it but I do not have resources/book to add or verify informations already in the article (which I think is copy-pasted/plagiarized). If you want, I can nominate it for speedy deletion (if it is plagiarized/ for copyright infrigement) so that you could start from scratch. Starting again, for me, is the best way. --Carlojoseph14 (talk) 18:32, 31 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

I have a book reference for Santuario de San Juan Evangelista. Thanks for the recommendation! I'll edit the page as soon as I can.--Charles Boris Manez (talk) 08:22, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
Good! I found out that majority of the article's content was plagiarized. I deleted it and what remains is a short introduction. Thanks! --Carlojoseph14 (talk) 09:38, 1 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
