Rob Loughan

edit

Hi CharlesleChien, I came by to help a little with your article on Rob Loughan. I noticed that you put back all of the references I removed. The problem with these references is that they don't mention Loughan at all and shouldn't be used establish notability. Try to find significant coverage of him in reliable secondary sources. Without these the article can be put up for deletion. If you have any editing questions feel free to come by the Teahouse, a place we created specifically to support editors. Thanks! heather walls (talk) 19:59, 19 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your name

edit

Is your name Charles, Charlesle, or would you prefer that your full username is used when addressing you? Ryan Vesey 01:50, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Charlie is my favorite of all the derivatives but you can call me whateves. Thanks so much for helping me with my recent article. CharlesleChien (talk) 03:33, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

No problem Charlie. I think you'll need to end up creating a page using wikia though. It will still be indexed by Google, and would allow you to have the article in a public place until a time comes where he becomes notable per Wikipedia's standards. If you know of full length articles about him (by that I mean lengthy articles of which he is the subject), I'd suggest including a link to them as fast as possible. Ryan Vesey 03:37, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for being so cool RV. So please: How do I put this article back in my sandbox - I don't want to delete it because I know I'll find some good stuff on Loughan - I just feel bad that I posted it and that he now has that ugly delete thing on his page! Please tell me how to do it or if you have a link where I can learn - is it as simple as somehow moving it back to the sandbox, or once you post is that not possible? I keep asking people here but no one responds that question CharlesleChien (talk) 05:52, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

You can move the article following the instructions at Help:Moving; however, an article cannot be userfied during an AfD. I'll leave a comment there to see if it can be closed early to have it userfied. Ryan Vesey 06:42, 25 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
