Speedy deletion nomination of Tobesoft XPLATFORM

Could show which makes previous page deleted ? I tried to figure out, it is confusing.

Hi, TOBESOFT. Only users with special rights are allowed to delete pages on Wikpedia. The most common of these are administrators. There are three main ways to request an administrator to delete a page:

• For uncontroversial deletions, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion. (If you are the only person to have written on the page just add {{db-author}} and an admin will come along and delete it.)
• Another common way is described at Wikipedia:Proposed deletion. Essentially this means you add {{subst:prod|concern= reason for proposed deletion}} to the page and if no-one objects it will be deleted in about a week or so.
• For deletions that may be controversial or that should be discussed first, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion.
