Your recent edits
editHello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:43, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to the encyclopedia! In case you are not already aware, an article to which you have recently contributed, State of Fear, is on article probation. A detailed description of the terms of article probation may be found at Wikipedia:General sanctions/Climate change probation. Also note that the terms of some article probations extend to related articles and their associated talk pages.
The above is a templated message. Please accept it as a routine friendly notice, not as a claim that there is any problem with your edits. Thank you. -- TS 04:58, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

editHello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Underground coal gasification may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

2014 Elk River chemical spill
editHey Chasethesky, I really appreciate your contributions to the article for the 2014 Elk River chemical spill. However, I should let you know that blog posts, especially from an organization like EDF with an obvious point of view (i.e. Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, Wikipedia:Verifiability, and Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources), should not be referenced. You'll notice that the other sources cited within the article's text are from objective news sources. Also, when citing sources, please reference the templates at Template:Cite news and Template:Cite web. Your contributions are valuable, and I hope these comments are helpful to you in your efforts here on Wikipedia! -- Caponer (talk) 04:06, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 23
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The Black Cat (short story), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Norton (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 04:04, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
Good job on Nyssa sylvatica!
editThanks for adding a scholarly citation for the Yellow Gum section on Nyssa sylvatica. I hope you don't mind -- I updated those citations using the Template:Cite_book, using a 1991 version of the book which was available from the Internet Archive -- that way folks can see the quotation you used for themselves (and the quote has not changed from 1950 to 1991!). Again, thanks for adding that citation! -- Clifflandis (talk) 16:40, 14 September 2020 (UTC)

editPlease do not add or change content, as you did at Cortisol, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. This subject is about a hormone, so requires WP:MEDRS. Also, you should know by now not to write in the 2nd person, MOS:YOU. Don't edit war, WP:WAR. Zefr (talk) 22:11, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
