The information you use is interesting. You present the information in a neutral tone. I would possibly organize the information in a different order. Put the Environmental impact section over the top of Myriophyllum Hippuroides, subsidence and construction. Make those three smaller sub headings. Instead of naming the construction section construction I would maybe call it repair and upkeep or something along the lines of that, Otherwise it seems like you are about to discuss the beginning construction of the canal. I notice you focus mainly on the negative parts of the canal, maybe if there is any positives you could bring more of that to fruition. Overall informative could just use some organizational changes.
