Phil Tadros

In a community discussion earlier this year it was decided that Phil Tadros has not achieved the notability standards required for a biography on Wikipedia. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Phil Tadros It does not appear that his notability has changed in the past seven months. Therefore I have deleted the article again. Also, the photos you uploaded come from websites that have copyright notices, yet you marked them as being in the public domain.
