Hey. There's a slight problem with your account. You haven't done anything wrong; the problem is with your username. It implies that the account belongs not to you as an individual, but to the job of "archivist at the Child Drama Collection". The problem with that is: if you and ASU should go your separate ways for any reason, would the account a) stay with you or b) be assigned to your successor? The correct answer is 'a', which is why the username should indicate you, and not your job.

You have three choices:

1. you can start a new account clearly indicating that you are one single person who happens to be, at the moment, archivist at ASU's Child Drama Collection;
2. you can file a request to have your username changed
3. you can give up in disgust.
