Your draft

Hi. I returned your draft to your sandbox because it isn't ready to go "live" in Wikipedia's mainspace.

For starters, it's too short, and doesn't say enough about her achievements. What has she done to be notable enough to have a Wikipedia article? The source you use is specifically about her appointment as head of the HRC, but you don't seem to mention that in the article. It needs to be obvious to readers why this person is important.

You also need additional sourcing. While The Advocate is a reliable source, you should aim for about three independent, reliable sources. (You also shouldn't use LinkedIn, because the content there is written by the person who's profile it is, and isn't fact-checked or anything.)

In addition, you need a lead section that summarises all the major points in the article. You also shouldn't have empty sections like the "Early life" one.
