Page modification changed

Hi barneca, I just added another province to the Ecuador page, because that just happened today, why did you reverse the page? Thanks. chinesco 17:36, 3 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Because I do not believe it. Point me to some reliable source that says this happened (English or Spanish), and I'll put it back in. --barneca (talk) 17:46, 3 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
Fair enough, check this link: http://www.elcomercio.com/noticiaEC.asp?id_noticia=140538&id_seccion=10 , I just changed it back again. Thanks for watching.
Well I'll be damned! OK, my level es-1 Spanish is good enough to see you're right, so my apologies. Still can't find any English language news, which is what I searched for yesterday. If you haven't already, you might want to add that newspaper article in as an in-line reference, so people like me don't revert you again. You learn something new every day. --barneca (talk) 13:51, 4 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
As I read it, what has happened today is that legislation has been passed that will allow the creation of this new province, but it is not yet "up and running". Kevin McE 20:56, 8 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
