Hi, the image that you have copied from the newspaper is quite low on resolution. If you stay in/near Ahmedabad, do you think you can go & get a better quality image yourself. I have moved the image you removed into the lower half of the page. Superfast1111 (talk) 07:05, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- Which image are you talking about? Chintanvarma (talk) 03:00, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
The image of the Ahmedabad Railway station. Superfast1111 (talk) 06:37, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, I copied it from Ahmedabad Mirror as no other good image is available. If I get time to go down to Kalupur area, I'll definitely capture an image. But I have a busy schedule, so till then let's keep this one only. Chintanvarma (talk) 16:16, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
Fine. What is the best way to go from Ahmedabad Railway Station to Vastrapur? Superfast1111 (talk) 05:35, 25 July 2013 (UTC)
- You can either take an AMTS bus towards Iskcon Mandir or Nava Vadaj. But a better option is by BRTS bus, go to Nava Vadaj till Bhavsar Hostel station, from there take a bus to IIM/Andhjan Mandal, from where you can take an auto rickshaw from an appropriate lane depending on where in Vastrapur you want to go.
If you want to travel by auto rickshaw and save money, then choose to travel via shuttle ones. You'll get them outside Platform 1 exit rather than the footbridge exit. Get down at Income Tax Cross Roads. From there you might find another auto rickshaw to go till IIM or directly Vastrapur. A direct auto rickshaw will cost you much more, and it will take less time as BRTS route will not be a straight one. To figure out AMTS buses, you ask someone waiting for them at bus stands on the edge of roads (AMTS buses will take roughly the same time, if you don't have to wait much, and cost you very very less). The BRTS bus is hassle - free, though, relatively.
