Kazakhstan removal

Hi, thanks for being bold and taking the initiative to remove Kazakhstan from the Summer time in Europe article. However, simply removing sourced information is quasi-destructive if you don't put it where it is more appropriate. It was quite appropriate for the DST in Asia article, and I have now moved it there. Thanks, and please continue with any edits you may think are necessary.
