beijing subway articles

Hi Chmarkine, welcome to wikipedia, and thank you for your recent contributions to Beijing subway articles. If you want to add the Chinese name and pronunciation to a station, the best way to do it is to use the zh template. You can see the changes I did here Guanzhuang Station (Line 15) and here National Library Station and you'll see what I mean. If you need any help, let me know Azylber (talk) 18:53, 9 November 2012 (UTC)

I get it. Thank you very much, Azylber! Chmarkine (talk) 01:22, 10 November 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Airline alliance, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page TACA (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Ways to improve Jijiamiao Station

Hi, I'm Ana Bykova. Chmarkine, thanks for creating Jijiamiao Station!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Thank you for making a wiki page, it looks great. Please refer to the tags added to find out how you could improve it. Best wishes,

Anastasia Bykova (talk) 03:13, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

thanks

Hi Chmarkine, thanks for all your contributions to the Beijing Subway articles on the English Wikipedia, and also thanks for your help with 草桥站 on the Chinese Wikipedia. Azylber (talk) 10:29, 3 January 2013 (UTC)

You're welcome! Chmarkine (talk) 21:07, 3 January 2013 (UTC)
By the way, this guy Hat600 still wants to delete 草桥站. I have no idea why he is acting like this, can you take a look/help here: zh:Wikipedia:頁面存廢討論/記錄/2013/01/02#.E8.8D.89.E6.A1.A5.E7.AB.99_.28.E5.8C.97.E4.BA.AC.29 Thanks, Azylber (talk) 13:41, 4 January 2013 (UTC)
I have no idea either. It's so weird since most of Beijing subway stations have their own articles. I have asked him which kind of stations may have standalone articles on the discussion page. Anyway, thanks for creating 草桥站 article! Chmarkine (talk) 18:09, 4 January 2013 (UTC)
The AfD finished, and the decision was KEEP. Also, now we have 4 sources and even a photo. However, this guy is still tagging the article for notability. I asked him why many times, but he refuses to answer. And every time I try to remove the tag, he adds it back. I don't want to engage in an edit war. So perhaps someone else could remove the tag. Could you please take a look? Thanks! Azylber (talk) 00:24, 14 January 2013 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Curtis Cooper (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Hi Chmarkine - thanks for keeping an eye on this page. I'm thinking of going to WP:AIV if the speedy tag keeps getting removed, but hopefully that won't be necessary and your most recent reversion will be the last one. Cheers,  Gong show 19:38, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

Wikify has been deprecated

Hi Chmarkine! Just a friendly reminder that {{wikify}} has been deprecated in favor of more descriptive templates, such as {{underlinked}}. Until the AWB developers release a new version (soon) that doesn't add {{wikify}}, I recommend you use the most recent SVN snapshot, which fixes this and hundreds of other bugs. Thanks! Article Feedback Tool update

Hey Chmarkine. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.

We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.

Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 22:09, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
