Article "Rule Oriented Architecture"

Dear Admin,

I was working on this article ("Rule Oriented Architecture") but did not have sufficient time to complete it and add sufficient context to it. However, I cannot find my own copy of the content. Can you send me a copy of the deleted page so I can complete it and reapply it for publication on the Wikipedia?
