sources
editHey, a heads up: allkpop is never a reliable source unless they are somehow able to get an exclusive. As most of their news is from translated Korean news articles, the original article is preferred. Thanks in advance. (I know it's difficult to get good English sources, but that's not reason enough to use a news blog like Allkpop, especially since they have reported incorrect things in the past.) editWelcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Seohyun, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please stop reverting edits because you choose to with out a valid reason. The articles are editable by anoyone not just yourself. Thanks EunSoo (talk) 11:09, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
- I know that articles are editable to anyone, but I can't see an improvement by your edit, because the are structured the same like articles of members of other girl groups like Pussycat Dolls and Girls Aloud. And I think we caused an Edit war, so probably soon, an Admin will decide. --Dr. Crisp (talk) 11:13, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
- You've also broken the 3RR rule, so heads up. EunSoo (talk) 11:39, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Syrthiss (talk) 11:42, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, thank you. --Dr. Crisp (talk) 11:44, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. Syrthiss (talk) 12:11, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
- Specifically, I wanted to give you some guidance in case you think I was singling you out. After I warned you about 3rr above (even though at the time I was talking about Sunny's article), you went and reverted on Sooyoung where you were also at 3RR. EunSoo has not been blocked because they have not reverted the problematic articles since I warned them. EunSoo's edits were clearly not vandalism and didn't look like WP:BLP violations (even if you felt they were unhelpful edits), so there was no free reign for you to revert them with no concern for 3RR. I urge you when you return from this block to discuss things and try to find a consensus, or if you clearly have policy to back you up try to convey that to the other editor and if needed request the help of an administrator to enforce policy. Syrthiss (talk) 15:00, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
IF YOU CHANGE TAEYEON'S WIKI AGAIN I PROMISE I WILL REPORT YOU. QUIT BEING OBSESSED WITH HER. It's true though there was an audio and everyone was talking about it. Please don't delete it.

Question about changing dates in maintainance tags
editWhy are you changing the dates in the maintainance tags across multiple articles such as[1]? The date is to mark when the issue was first identified. Clean up projects frequently start on articles with the oldest issues and changing the dates does not help. Active Banana (talk) 18:23, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
- I see... I once saw an other user changing this date tags and just "copied" and thought maybe it's common in the English Wikipedia to "update" the dates steadily. --Dr. Crisp (talk) 19:29, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
Korean Names
editPlease read WP:NC-KO. It tells you about how spell Korean names. Thanks. Decko44 (talk) 16:18, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Per Wikipedia:Splitting#Procedure "If a section is split from the original article, a summary section should be left in the original ("main") article. "
Kwon_Yuri#Girls.27_Generation should contain some short summary of her relation to the Girls Generation.
Hi! Please participate in the discussion for criteria of listing at Talk:List of Korean musicians. Thanks! Farjad0322 (talk) 18:06, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
