A tag has been placed on The Twilight of Atheism: The Rise and Fall of Disbelief in the Modern World, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. ChesterMarcol 00:52, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
- Please do not delete tags. If you wish to contest the deletion of this article follow the steps listed on the tag.
Your edits to this page are not neutral; they also involve removing a stub template from what is clearly a stub. Please stop this sort of edit; it is disruptive. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 17:28, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
NPoV agenda
editYou seem to be editing Wikipedia in order to push a particular point of view; please note that this is not acceptable. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 17:32, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
- The term "fundamentalist" makes no sense here. An atheist is someone who doesn't believe in god; that entails thinking that theists are wrong — there's no other way to be an atheist. In the same way, any theist believes that atheists are wrong (and that most other theists are too). My point above stands — and note that the unanimous comments of those commenting on the categories you created agree with my judgement. Please read WP:NPOV. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 22:26, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Having just seen your behaviour (from this account and from IP addresses), I'm blocking you from editing for twenty-four hours. Please use the time to read our policies and guidelines. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 22:29, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
South Park
editPlease cease to add the categories to the South Park page without a better justification - the categories are woefully underpopulated and South Park is hardly the place to start. Given SP's penchant for irreverant, double-sided takes on topics (not to mention the blatant offensiveness with which it addresses most topics), it's hardly a valid, justified criticism. Plus, the categories themselves verge on violating WP:OR. Please see Wikipedia:Categorization for further info. WLU 16:43, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Do not remove Afd tags
editDo not remove afd tags, as you did to The Dawkins Delusion?[1]. Removing these tags before the Afd has run its course and been closed by an administrator is vandalism. KillerChihuahua?!? 18:52, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Christian scientist categorization is very POV
editYou seem to be on a religious crusade to link chrisianity with science. Please stop. Only put such categories when it is clear the the person is both a christian and a scientist, and preferably only when there's some relevant relationship or connection between those. Otherwise you might as well have categories for left-handed christians, etc. Dicklyon 19:07, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Atheist fundamentalists
editAlright, many people have now independently reverted your additions of the "atheist fundamentalists" category. You really need to discuss such changes on the talk pages of articles, or better yet, learn from the response that this is not seen as a neutral category. I don't know what your purpose is, and why you do this, but ironically your edits are precisely what one would expect from a fundamentalist! --Merzul 20:35, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
AfD nomination of The Trouble With Atheism
editAn editor has nominated The Trouble With Atheism, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Trouble With Atheism and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it.
