Hi Uhai. Thank you for the message. I fully understand that the citation was Facebook and subsequently isn't usually claimed as an reliable source. However, please note in the article above the edition states "Colin Brookes is now priest-in-charge at Holy Trinity Church, Sittingbourne." The citation I added was taken from that church's Facebook page announcing their sadness regarding Mr Brookes resignation (https://www.facebook.com/100064543335796/posts/pfbid07JtgpEk2Vc23Uv9bqjKSDdngNeMC9Yn5E6xZ3sQmxNGdwsctTByktMdoAPgYtfMBl/?app=fbl ). Furthermore, you can note on this link ( https://www.facebook.com/100064543335796/posts/pfbid0Umn3yDKu911oyCrhRXq7TzYqjcLpWWvrHoEdfsycpua4F58MDDUdpHBTu8jgoSZpl/?app=fbl ) that the same church and page named in the article has posted that he performed his last service in October 2023. It is therefore my belief that the original edit that I have made is therefore valid. The church itself would not put out 2 standard postings regarding the person in question resignation and leaving if there wasn't any substance behind it. I would hope that this would be sufficient enough. However, if you wanted to check further regarding this, please check this link ( https://htsb.church/meet-the-team ) which shows that the church in question (both named on the article section and on the Facebook links) has this website linked on their Facebook account. Upon their "Meet Us" section upon their website Mr Brookes is no longer named as a staff member at the church with Revd A MacKenzie now named. I would hope therefore that these details would add some credibility to the changing that was made. If you're uncertain, you can see that the website bracketed above for Meet the Staff was created in 2022 and edited 2023 which is beyond Mr Brookes employment time quoted in the article ( https://uk.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?itc=dlp_domain_whois&domainName=htsb.church ) For a site to be created and then edited post employment of Mr Brookes date on Wikipedia that lists staff members one would assume that the priest-in-charge as its stated would be included. Unless, of course, that the above that I've included is correct.

In this case, I suppose the Facebook post and the website would suffice as references for the claim, though if something better can be found, like a mention in a local newspaper, that would be much preferred. Uhai (talk) 19:06, 17 November 2023 (UTC)
