First off, your sandbox already looks like a wiki article in itself the way you organize it so well. So like major props! For your notes regarding the area sector, I read that you mentioned that you want to add information regarding Filipinos often being under representation compared to other minority groups.I was wondering if you were going to be talking about in the national scale or specifically in the Bay Area (aka SF)? Your summaries regarding the sector article are really great! Especially being focused on immigrants and the acculturation process that involves one’s eating habits. Are you going give some information comparing a Filipino diet in their home country compared to the diet of those in the United States? Is there information of the difference in diets regarding immigrants that have been here longer compared to the ones who have arrived? Another thing I was curious of was if you were going to integrate your summaries together and form a huge paragraph or if you were going to take clumps of them and add them into what’s already in the wiki article? katlcruz (talk)

Really great organization and collection of sources that are specific to what you want to contribute to your chosen article. I like that you are adding a section on Filipino-American immigration and how this population affects the area culturally and historically. I'd like to see exactly what you are adding and in which section these sentences/paragraphs will fit in. I think the majority sources are definitely sound and reliable, but there is one from a news article (KQED) which may be questionable in its scholarliness. Otherwise, synthesizing these sources into exact additions to your article with cited sources would be great to see.

Sector Article: Filipino-American Health

Similar sentiments as above. I think you have a good sense of what you are planning to add (i.e. interplay between acculturation and dietary nutrition in Filipino-Americans), but it'd be great to workshop those exact sentences. It seems you pulled valuable information from a few good sources, so just craft "encyclopedic" sentences from that and indicate where you'd like to fit them into your chosen article!
