Les Newman article from Cini gra

Hi there,

I re-wrote and resubmitted the article titled Leslie P. Newman OAM on March 17 and then (unchanged) again April 9, yet I can't see it anywhere and have received no response.

Draft Talk:Les Newman shows my question logged 08:08, 9 April 2017 (UTC) but that's all I can find. No answer or any record of the new submission anywhere else.

Secondly, does it matter that when I click the Your User Page button I keep getting the message: 'Wikipedia does not have a user page with this exact name'? This is despite having received notices and having questions answered under this User Name in the past. I appear to be logged in yet not exist?

I am confused and would like to find how I am going wrong.

More importantly, should I resubmit the new article and if so where would be best?
