The problem is that the GCHS article shouldn't have had a redlink for the Campus Kitchen in the first place, because organizations need to be notable in order to have an article on Wikipedia. Are there any third-party reliable sources you can give for Campus Kitchen, as the scope of its activities seem to be at least interstate. That would go a long way in proving its notability.
