Foxconn Industrial Internet moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Foxconn Industrial Internet, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Category:District Councillors of the certain districts
editThe purpose of the categories of the District Councillors of all 18 districts is to group all the district councillors of a district into a single category throughout the history, either they are former or incumbent members. The way you changed it disruptively break the connection and thus lost the data. Lmmnhn (talk) 15:39, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Sunny Optical Technology
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sunny Optical Technology requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 12:59, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
The article Sunny Optical Technology has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NCORP.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Curb Safe Charmer (talk) 13:01, 23 January 2020 (UTC)

Comment
editHi, Ricky. Look, if (as you can see here: Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2020 March 9) the category "Category:People with coronavirus disease 2019" has been deleted (as it was determined as a non-WP:DEFINING feature), this kind of usage [1][2] for the category Category:People associated with the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic is wrong too. Cheers.--Asqueladd (talk) 12:40, 20 March 2020 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Foxconn Industrial Internet

Your cut and paste page move has been reversed
editHi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Meituan-Dianping a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Meituan. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 11:15, 30 October 2020 (UTC)
I understand you disagree with the current name of the article, however you are going about it the wrong way. If you want to change the title of this article, you should start a discussion about it on the talk page. You could also add the request like you did on the Meituan redirect page, but you must leave the redirect in place. If an admin takes a look at it, and agrees with your request, they will take care of it. Onel5969 TT me 12:05, 1 November 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Tai Wo Hau
editA tag has been placed on Category:Tai Wo Hau indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 07:05, 1 November 2023 (UTC)
