Speedy deletion nomination of Li Luo Neng

Li Luo Neng

Please don't get discouraged by the alacrity of an editor who is not knowledgeable enough. The article did require improvement, and I have made it a little better. Thanks for starting the article! Bruno  21:33, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

• I was that 'not knowledeable enough' editor, I'm glad to see the article is still in place but would certainly agree that an 'under construction' tag would be a good idea when creating such articles as very few people would have seen that the subject was notable, he says defending himself :-).
