Proposed deletion of Double Crossover Merging Interchange

The article Double Crossover Merging Interchange has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article should be deleted as its subject fails to meet the GNG. The only citation referring to DCMIs seems to be promotional and would probably fail RS. Furthermore, no interchanges of this type have been built.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Voting on your proposal

You've proposed a change on Talk:Diverging diamond interchange#Reinsert Double Crossover Merging Interchange Section OR Undelete Original Standalone Article?. It is assumed that you already support your proposal, so it's improper for you to insert a reply prefaced with "SUPPORT". Such a comment gives the appearance that you're voting a second time. While Wikipedia works off consensus, not raw votes, discussion closers sometimes do use a vote count as a first step to assessing consensus. @Imzadi1979, I did not know that, thank you for letting me know. I think I will add some of my comments back into a reply as you mentioned. By the way, it appears that you have experience with highways, do you have an opinion on the Double Crossover Merging Interchange?
