Thanks for your post Cody7777. If CheetahUSA or yourself are related to Bill Thomas or the Company you need to declare a conflict of interest - see WP:COI, all the more so if you are in legal action. Anything that is posted on the page needs to have a reliable independent source cited - see WP:RS. Hopefully this is helpful as neither of you may post unsubstantiated claims. Where there are conflicting claims published by different reliable sources the norm is to put both claims in the article and allow the reader to make up their own minds about the veracity of the claims.
