Of course it applies. You claim to be Collette Divitto, wanting to edit an article about Collette Divitto. The very first part of the rules state:

No problem, read the 2nd line about proposing changes. If you want to replace the photo, give a link where a suitable one that you own the copyright to, so not one that another publication has published and own the rights to.
