Speedy deletion nomination of Abi Franklin

edit

Hello Colourlight,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Abi Franklin for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Abi Franklin. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Bill Select Committee moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Bill Select Committee, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.   Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, John McDonnell, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. The Gazette gives no reference to her peerage being created yet and neither house of parliament even sat today so she couldn't have been introduced. Your recent edit to her page made no sense. Robin S. Taylor (talk) 17:33, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

I got my information from here: https://members.parliament.uk/member/4027/career. I assumed that the Parliament website would be correct, however I apologise for my ill-informed edit. Colourlight (talk) 17:41, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
