editHello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Waylon Smithers, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:07, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
Smithers is not a living person and the information is cited already.

Re: Boy Erased
editThank you for starting this article. I hope you don't mind, but I added the article to Wikipedia:Wiki Loves Pride 2016/Results, which tracks new and improved LGBT-related content as part of an ongoing Wiki Loves Pride campaign. If you create or improve other LGBT articles between now and the end of June, feel free to update this page with your contributions. Thanks again! ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:45, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
I'm honored. Thank you for the props!

editHello, I'm Melmann. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Melmann(talk) 12:52, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- will do Computationsaysno (talk) 12:54, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Melmann(talk) 13:03, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- These are facts from the article itself! Are you reading what you're doing? You just made a poorer read of the same facts! Computationsaysno (talk) 13:05, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- Regardless of who might be right here, both of you continued to edit war after talk page discussion had started (and warnings given). Pincrete (talk) 23:54, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
- Actually, no. I had tried to discuss with them that I felt they made an error but they didn't communicate at all. They just hit their vandal button and gave me a second warning. I walked away then rather then engage them further. Computationsaysno (talk) 00:54, 21 June 2016 (UTC)

editHello, I'm CCamp2013. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Although, the shooting has been called a hate crime by some sources, that was during the initial reaction to the attack. The FBI has now come out to say that there is no sign of a hate crime, so to call it a hate crime directly, is wrong. Also, it is unsourced. There needs to be investigative evidence that the attack was indeed a hate crime. Which is why MANY have added "by some". Find a source that after an investigation, concluded it was a hate crime. - You're mistaken. The citation was already there, you chose to ignore it. Computationsaysno (talk) 01:34, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
