editWelcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Category:MICROMINE deletion, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 15:59, 24 November 2012 (UTC)

editHi, thanks for message.
MICROMINE had all sorts of problems. It had been tagged for pov, close paraphrasing and advertising by other editors, and the text was obviously spammy; is the leading provider of intuitive software solutions... five software solutions cover the entire mining process... only provider of end-to-end, fully integrated software solutions and so on.
yet you haven't done the same for the Maptek page - I wonder why? — easy, I've never heard of it. I found MICROMINE because it had a speedy deletion tag, that's all.
I looked at Maptek. Although there may be an excessive emphasis on the products, the language isn't overly promotional and it has some proper references. I don't think it's suitable for speedy deletion, especially as it's been around for nearly two years and hasn't been tagged. You could nominate it for deletion via WP:AFD, or clean it up yourself. - I've deleted your inadvertent category creation above. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 16:04, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
