Welcome!
editHello, Conflictoreditor, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:51, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
Thank you for your guidance and help Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。). I can make out that the initial contributions made by me pointed towards conflict of interest and some other problems as well. I apologize for these types of edits at initial stage but I really want to work for suggested and deleted articles which are deserving to be on Wikipedia and which can be improved further. As you have seen, I picked up random articles from deletion log and started working on it, though I was not aware that these problems will come up later on the way to contribution on Wikipedia. Now, I will prevent myself doing such stuff. But I really want to work for those articles which I had nominated on undeletion form. I may also disturb you again and again for help. Haha Hope I will get full help from you. Once again, thank you for your guidance and help. Conflictoreditor (talk) 14:06, 1 May 2017 (UTC)

editHello Kurykh (talk), I am a new user on Wikipedia and had randomly requested for undeletion of few articles. Admin over there re directed me to reach out to you for further clarifications regarding this article as it was deleted after discussion and you are the concerned person who closed the discussion and deleted this article. Just as I was to edit on your talk page, I could see that only registered users can do it, and that what I am not now, so I had to do it here. The article was deleted because of notability issues, but upon my google search and by searching the name of the subject of the article on other search engines as well, it comes up with a valuable notability for the article to be on Wikipedia. A good number of Indian trusted, different and main-stream publications have citations and references for the subject of this article. And beyond this, this article can be improved with good amount of references and quality to it when it will be available for Wikipedia users to edit. Conflictoreditor (talk) 16:06, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
- What are these sources that you mention? We actually have to see these sources to determine for ourselves. This advice also applies to the request in the below thread. --Kurykh (talk) 19:23, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for your reply Kurykh (talk). Well, here are some of those sources which I got by Google news search. As I said earlier also, most of the sources are trusted and main-stream publications for the subject of this article.

Just as I was to edit on your talk page, I could see that only registered users can do it, and that what I am not now, so I had to do it here. The article was deleted because of notability issues and less of references, but upon my google search and by searching the name of the subject of the article on other search engines as well, it comes up with a valuable notability for the article to be on Wikipedia. A good number of Indian trusted, different and main-stream publications have citations and references for the subject of this article. What I could get from afd was that the number of sources were less or may be the quality was not there or enough reliable sources were not there, but I think as I said above also, the subject of the article is having independent mentions on most of the trusted and main stream newspapers/publications of the belonging country of the subject of the article. And beyond this, this article can be improved with good amount of references and quality to it when it will be available for Wikipedia users to edit. Conflictoreditor (talk) 16:19, 1 May 2017 (UTC)

Registered users
editConflictoreditor, you seem to have a misunderstanding. Any user with a username is a registered user. You are indeed a registered user, and can edit the talk page of any user on Wikipedia if you choose to. DES (talk) 00:04, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for your reply DES (talk). Sorry for the misunderstanding, but this happened and is still happening whenever I try to edit talk page of admin kurykh. It says that only registered users can edit it as the page is protected with semi protection. Seems that I am not having any understanding now. Conflictoreditor (talk) 10:55, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
- Ah I see. A semi-protected page can only be edited by users who are not only registered, but auto-confirmed. This means having been registered for more than 4 days, and having made at least 10 valid edits. Relatively few pages are semi-protected, but it is used when a page is subject to lots of vandalism by unregistered users. DES (talk) 14:18, 2 May 2017 (UTC)

editI need help of yours Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。). As bonadea said in the undeletion form that the subject of the article is not notable. I have something to say in this context. As I said earlier also, the deletion of this article was a result of ignorance of a user of Wikipedia and the mal-practices of that user. The subject of the article has references on main-stream, trusted and different publishers of India. Though, improvements can be made in the references and citations of this article, but for that, the article must be restored so that users on Wikipedia can contribute to it.Below is a list of those few sources I got with Google News search and some other search engines research.

- The article was deleted by the respective admins (MER-C, Bbb23, Cyphoidbomb) because the editor that kept trying to add the article was using sockpuppets to re-create it. Bonadea did say that they don't believe that the person is notable and offhand I'd be more likely to lean towards their opinion in this matter. The main things I would recommend in this situation is as follows: declare any conflict of interest in this matter. Given that you have requested several articles that were created by now blocked sockpuppets, it looks extremely likely that you are a paid editor that was asked to create articles that were previously deleted for one reason or another (notability, sockpuppetry, etc). This looks to be very obvious in your case, so much so that I honestly would find it extremely hard to believe that you are not a paid editor. You can edit with a conflict of interest but you must disclose any conflict of interest. Hiding it will only lead to you getting blocked and editors suspecting that you are a sockpuppet of one of the already blocked accounts. You have nothing to gain by not being transparent. Secondly, you should work on these drafts at WP:AfC since it is very unlikely that these articles will be restored, given their history. The best way to show notability would be to work on an article at AfC and source it with reliable sources that go into depth about the topic at hand, in this case Bardapurkar. Articles that only briefly mention him in passing or do not mention him at all would not be considered a reliable source, nor would routine database listings or keyword searches. Just to be a touch more specific about what is required of you, the specific policy regarding paid editing is at WP:PAID, which states that if you are a paid editor, (and signs seem to point to that,) you must disclose who is paying you, who the client is, and any other relevant role or relationship. This does not prohibit you from editing, but it must all be disclosed. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 02:04, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
