Rise of the Zombies is a 2012 American zombie horror film from The Asylum and directed by Nick Lyon.[1] The movie was initially titled Dead Walking, but was eventually changed to Rise of the Zombies.[2] The movie stars LeVar Burton, Hector Luis Bustamante, and Mariel Hemingway and will be aired on Syfy on October 27, 2012.[3][4]
Plot
editA group of survivors hide on Alcatraz Island to escape from rising zombie hordes.[5] When their refuge is overrun, and upon hearing that a scientist may have discovered a cure, they leave the island to seek him out.[2]
