Nomination of Planet killer for deletion

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Your photo of Matt Hill

I have a question about your photo of the Canadian voice actor, Matt Hill. Is that really a photo of him? I've been to his official website [1] and also found interviews of him in 2007 and his hair did not look like that. Daljp11 (talk) 19:43, 2 December 2011 (UTC)

I am emailing because I am currently authoring a low-cost textbook for undergraduate students of abnormal psychology, and I found an excellent photo of Earl Campbell online http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Earl_Campbell#mediaviewer/File:Earl_campbell_shaggybevo.jpg that is attributed to you. Is that photo in the public domain or, if not, would you be willing to give me permission to use that image in my textbook?
