Please do not violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, as you did with this edit to Antisemitism in the Arab world. Thank you. Stickee (talk) 14:01, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ayn Rand‎

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to re-add your contribution with proper sources cited - that's doubly important for topics people usually get riled up about. Given the "horse's mouth" nature of the cited source, that contribution should be very hard to challenge. Moocha (talk) 14:07, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Antisemitism in the Arab world

edit

Hi, I removed the invisible comment from the mainspace page [1] because it is rather large and is more suited for the talk page. Consider placing it there (without the comment tags) so it can be read and discussed there by other users. If you reply here remember to place a {{talkback}} message on my talk page. Thanks, Stickee (talk) 14:32, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:39, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ayn Rand. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. I'm posting this notification because I see that another editor has removed the material you keep reverting back in, and you already have three reverts on this today. I encourage you to join the talk page discussion instead of continuing to revert. RL0919 (talk) 22:43, 5 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ayn Rand made a racist remark about Arabs. The quote is directly from her mouth and was referenced correctly from none other than the Ayn Rand Institute. I think any rational person can agree that her remarks are racist. The Ayn Rand Institute isn't hiding this comment and neither should Wikipedia. I believe it should remain as it gives readers an insight into her character.

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Ayn Rand. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. — Tanvir 13:42, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
