With regard to your question here, it might be an idea to ask at the talk page of the relevant article where others familiar wih the subject will be able to advise on how best to include the information. Generally finding a source for any new material is preferred, although I think with the synopsis of a film or television episode the film/episode itself is regarded as being sufficient.
