Request reason:
I did have the Kaluitan account but I am not the whoever they were chasing. The notes on the one guys account even said I wasnt the same person and they even discussed that they were just blocking me for editing that article. I dont feel as if I am breaking any wikipedia policies by creating a new account. I am not sure who you are chasing but I do often edit from a providence health IP in El Segundo if that helps?
